Undelivered packages come back to Avon or get dropped in our PO Box which are routinely captured and scanned by the Return Mail Operations team. These captures are analyzed and shared with the client so as to highlight frequent returns, incorrect addresses and other such undeliverable packages. An in-house application helps associates scan the packages without having to open them. All returned packages are either sent back to client or shredded in Avon’s secure shredding campus, post which a certificate of the same is handed over to the client.
