An in-house application handles the live tracking of all packages dispatched out of Avon’s facility. This application is also integrated into the applications of our dispatch partners via means of an API integration exercise. Our internal dispatch and query teams as well as our clients can access this application and track any number of packages (one to thousands) using the Airway Bill or Reference Numbers. This application has proven to be beneficial to many of our clients because it's their one-stop shop for tracking consignments handled by multiple courier partners. The application can also generate systematic, customized reports which can be auto-sent to users.
