Chandni Anand Krishnan is the Chief of Information Systems has also been with Avon for over a decade now. Starting off with managing small operational units, she grew her way up, opening her mind up to a possibility of opportunities. Having a double masters in Communications and Information Systems, she is an avid learner and is a versatile adapter. Her strongest skills are her ability to envision products, business processes and design systems. She is an excellent people’s person and also plays a role in representing the Human Resource team. Her portfolio also extends all the way to handling Raw Material Procurements and she also focuses on identifying and developing New Initiatives for Avon.

George Royan Jayakumar is the DGM, Operations has been with Avon for almost a decade now. He was hand-picked by Vasanth & Philip after his 7 year long career with e-serve came to an end. He eased into operations with no time spent on transitioning and it seemed as though the job was made for him and he was no stranger to Avon. His strong skills include communication, leadership and execution in addition to his exemplary display of Team Building and Interpersonal skills. He is a self-starter and often self- initiates' progress.

Bala Swami is DGM, BAU at Avon. He is a veteran from Citibank and has been with us for a decade now. He efficiently liaisons between our clients, supporting agencies and our teams giving the right directive across for effective execution. He has a keen eye for spotting errors, process weakness and is quick to pull the breaks and redirect teams to pedal towards the desired goal. Bala is cherished by his team members as he is filled with compassion, practically and execution in an accurate ratio which makes him who he is.

Logeswaran V is the Senior Manager, Business Operations and is an ambitious and enthusiastic employee who always stretches himself to deliver what he commits and is never shy to take on more responsibilities and challenges. He is a team player and has the ability to foresee barriers that could come by in execution. He has an organized and well-planned approach to execution and has a fine eye for detail. He creates winning teams in every business process.

Ramesh Kumar L is our Director, Operations Support and is an avid contributor to removing all obstacles and road blocks in client support. He has contributed his ideas and skills to most of our automation and generation applications. He carries the ‘Techie’ Badge with pride and is always looking forward to new challenges.

Fakrudeen is Senior Manager, Software Development and focus on development for New Initiatives. He has been with us through some prestigious projects that has put us on the map. His calm composure gives him an identity of being approachable and friendly among his team members and other lesioning departments.

Ramanathan is our DGM, Sales & Marketing and has been instrumental in bringing us most of our clientele. His exemplary communication and persuasion skills have helped us onboard most of our prestigious clients. He is relentless and would take initiatives to convince clients on choosing Avon, over others to service their business needs. He has helped us bag many government tenders and strives towards business expansions. He makes sure that his journey with clients is kept alive by frequently seeking their feedback and sharing it to Avon’s business execution teams, thereby creating a win-win for the client and for Avon.
